Tasting Note Light pink in the glass with a fine, soft mousse. The nose is bright and inviting, with strawberry, summer berries and a gentle touch of toasted brioche. On the palate it is creamy but fresh, bringing red berry fruit together with bruised apple, lemon zest and a little toasted biscuit. The bubbles feel fine
